Great cosmetic company to work - great products!

On your feet majority of the time

Discounts, free product, meeting coworkers who become friends, thats about it

-Everything else, if you work for this company they will make it their mission to unsure that you are overworked and extremely underpaid. - The company culture is built on toxic positivity with corporate/HQ retail leadership focusing on making sure that they retaliate against any in store leaders who are honest about company shortcomings -Constant gaslighting from corporate/HQ retail leadership about issues within store operations and dishonest business practices -Lying to people about career development as a manipulation tactic to guilt people into not leaving the company for better opportunities -Upper management (HQ) does everything they can to prevent in store management from fairly compensating people, even at times admitting that they don’t care about paying a livable wage to their sales associates -Corporate leaders would force managers give employees lower rating on their yearly reviews so they have steal a couple of cents from the pathetic & offensively low raises they give people who they constantly overwork Overall the only people I would recommend working for this company is my worst enemies because those are the only people I hate enough to subject them to the constant misery that is working at Glossier.
