Beautiful office, very forward thinking-- this company is not old fashioned in any way. It can be an inspiring place to work. The brand itself gives you a lot to believe in, so you can excuse some of the bad office dynamics.
Cons
I'm afraid some of the recent positive reviews here were planted. This company is in a very bad period internally while flourishing from the outside. The feeling is-- everyone is looking out for themselves. There's no teamwork whatsoever. Management has created a terrible environment of secrecy, fear and confusion. There are people high up in this company who spend their time dealing in office politics more than they do creating valuable work. This is a big problem and will continue to be. I think the company is in complete denial that there is anything wrong. The CEO makes big decisions in a whim and things get picked up and dropped daily, to everyone's frustration.
