- Not paying market-rate salaries - Terrible product that's stuck in the 90s; they try to put lipstick on a pig but it's futile - 4-5 rounds of layoffs in the last 1.5 years, all knowledge of the product was lost so no one knows why we'd previously built something and how it works. - Company is doing badly financially and had to close offices, layoff people, stop having in-person events to save money - No one is excited about the product and when we're forced to use the product for our company-wide personal development, the site crashes - No product strategy for months on end, people don't know what they're building or working towards - Toxic work culture - Having to work in 3 different timezones, e.g. PMs in Australia or Europe working with dev teams in Vietnam
