Pros

- I was able to work from home - The company culture that's espoused is good (specifically diversity and ERGs)

Cons

- I had to clock in and out - Depending on where in the company you're working, you're either doing nothing for crap pay or you're working like crazy for slightly better than crap pay - Difficult to get a promotion, particularly as a woman. I didn't see any women in my section get promoted in my time there, but several less-qualified men got managerial roles or "free passes" to slack off. - People are treated incredibly differently. Some team members slack off to the point where you wonder if they even logged on that day and others don't quite hit their quota of replies and get grilled.

Pros

I am able to be my best self in the environment I work in. I am encouraged to ask questions and come up with solutions to problems - often the identification of a problem doesn't have a clearly prescribed solution - My leadership allows me to be proactive and come up with more ideal solutions than 'just what works'.

Cons

This is a large company, and mileage may vary. Bringing your best self should be a requirement for all positions in all companies.

Stable job you know what you are getting.

Cons

Call center 101. Every change that can be made to push agents and squeeze every moment of productivity is being made. This is a churn center and at best a 1st job. If you want to be treated like an adult. RUUUN
