-No direction within the company. -No standardise workflow. -Very weak management

Work life balance is great here, Most people are friendly

1. Management is bad. They don't even know whats going half the time 2. Employees are not valued here, you get low increment and bonuses, dont expect much 3. Bad employees are kept for some weird reason
