Pros

I don't see any pros working for this company

Cons

Management is very disorganized, The corporation itself is so greedy. Golds charges customers 47$ for a 1 hour training session and the trainers just get 17.50$ from it. They push trying to have clients buy bigger and larger packages when it's just a gimmick. As an employee you are constantly criticized and required to do petty tasks so management can see how many people you are training. Along with that they require trainers to watch over 100+ short videos and answers quizzes constantly. Each month the personal trainers as a team have goals that are unobtainable. All but 2 trainers out of 12 are still working for the Golds I worked at. You have no independence as a trainer in this company. They just use you as a money source.

Pros

Nothing. Do not even think its going to be good.

Cons

Everything. Company is using software from two decades ago. Their daily company meetings are pointless. The company is ran by juice heads who are only promoted because they been with the company for awhile, not because they excel and know how to train and develop people. They run through people like no tomorrow because the pay is under industry standard.
