Pros
-Shortened work hours -employees/teammates trauma bond with each other -Religious Catholic management encourages religious activities like weekly masses
Cons
-very low salary with no other monetary benefits -only 1 WFH and only on Mondays. It's not used a lot of times because management wants a face to face meeting -WFH cannot be used if there's a holiday in that week -No additional benefits -No meal allowance, no transpo allowance nor clothing allowances; 25% discount can only be used once regularized -High office politics, bonuses and promotion are all based on favoritism. The performance review conducted is useless and is manipulated based on the management's prerogative. -No opportunities for growth, unless you are a favorite of top management -HMO is low grade. No free beneficiary. Emergency cases are not entirely covered -Late response to emergency situations like typhoons. People who are not entitled to WFH can only file a leave -Employees are not allowed to speak up, especially if it is against the management
