- Management negatively judges employees for not going to mass - Promotions are based on how you dress, how you speak, where you went to school etc and not based on performance. If you don't have a supportive manager you won't go far. - A lot of politics in management, trying to get to the good graces of the C-suite. - Management takes it very personally when good employees leave and makes them feel defensive and guilty for leaving. Shows you're just a cog in a wheel after all.

-very low salary with no other monetary benefits -only 1 WFH and only on Mondays. It's not used a lot of times because management wants a face to face meeting -WFH cannot be used if there's a holiday in that week -No additional benefits -No meal allowance, no transpo allowance nor clothing allowances; 25% discount can only be used once regularized -High office politics, bonuses and promotion are all based on favoritism. The performance review conducted is useless and is manipulated based on the management's prerogative. -No opportunities for growth, unless you are a favorite of top management -HMO is low grade. People who are not entitled to WFH can only file a leave -Employees are not allowed to speak up, especially if it is against the management
