As a Digital marketing executive , I was given real work ! my manager ,supervisor and team was great and very supportive . I learned lot of work from them . Now, I am able to contribute my best to the company . They really care about the company and employees a lot.

As the work over here is huge, it seems to be very pressured to learn and adopt everything at a time. But, it feels very enjoyable as the people lends finest support to make you shine up at every aspect.

I have been working with this company about 6 months now and i see a great potential in developing your career with latest technologies. Pros are: Good place to work. Work-life balance is good. Nice initiation and gesture of celebrating employee birthday's on end of the month.

Sometimes, need to stay long hours. Need more experienced people and technically strong onboard. Should improve employee benefits like paying for extra hours. Provide some recreation activities (like foosball, table tennis, carroms, chess) so, that employees can be free from stress.
