      Technology,No Policies, Nothing else.

      Cons

      Everything, the environment, people and Hell Lot of politics. If you are from an MNC with enough exp then don't do the mistake of joining this company. you will regret it till the time you find another job.

      Pros

      Super great place to learn and fresher friendly. Huge scope to grow up the ladder internally People are great, you can actually make friends

      Cons

      Not much benefits other than salary. Timings aren't flexible at all. No WFH policy, you either go to office or take leave and also if you are late to office by 10 min, 0.5 PTO is deducted
