Friendly environment only when you got select for their Client Company.

Cons

No Notice Period. No revised Offer Letter: Even you join their Client Company too. Fake Conversation by HR regarding Revised Offer letter and all. If you got release from their Client Company automatically Goldstone fired you. Friendliness of everyone no responsive even HR will not going to contact or pickuping calls !! Goldstone don't have good Client.

Everything, the environment, people and Hell Lot of politics. If you are from an MNC with enough exp then don't do the mistake of joining this company. you will regret it till the time you find another job.

Cons

They have resignation period of 3 Month. After 3 month they ask for 45 Days to proceed the FNF. But it was with every employee, that they take at least 6 Month to do the FNF. Poor HR department
