Dogs! We all love dogs! Good benefits, great employee incentive program, and lots of opportunity to grow/develop within the company

If you don't like dogs, being outside a lot or cleaning this is not the job for you.

You get a foot in the door job working with animals they offer a good 401k plan and cpr/first aid certifie you for animals

You are not allowed to use the bathroom often and over night not at all, you have to lie to dog parents sometimes, I am not always proud of the care the suite dogs had, dogs that cause vicious fights on a regular basis are allowed to return, terrible management, owner will never take a group and I feel a boss dictates but a leader gets their hands dirty and pulls their weight with you.
