Pros
The dogs are amazing and you will become attached to them. Most customers are friendly and extremely kind. It's fun hanging out with dogs, yes they are a lot of work but the reward is worth it. The owner is kind, understanding, upon much more. Lots of updates lately.
Cons
Management is poor, it doesn't matter what you have going on how severe or personal they don't care. You will get written up for things even if they are not your fault. they just care that you can cover your hours and others when they call out. New people don't get the proper training and it puts the dogs at risk.
