      Friendly co-workers, free health & dental insurance

      Cons

      Horrible managers, no room for growth, high deductible insurance, and boss micro management everything. Work load is crazy. They will juice you to the last drop. They hire inexperience employees to lower pay rate, and expect them to be A students. If you are disliked, expect to get tons of hard work. No equality here.

      Pros

      Shawn and Rebecca are very supportive in your career aspirations, and they care about you as a person. Operations staff are very helpful, share knowledge, and support one another. Business has been very stable since its founding, and has grown considerably. Remote work has been supported, and pay has been increased to compete with the market.

      Cons

      Very pushy loan officers and real estate agents. High stress/extremely fast paced work environment.
