Pros
- Flexible Scheduling - Employee Discount
Cons
- Poor, corrupt management that pick favorite employees - Labor intensive (I'm usually sweating, literally, as they schedule me to unload a complete semi by myself, and put the product out on shelves within 4 hours) - Poor scheduling methods means off time/no-show workers putting more strain on the ones that do show up with luck. The schedule changes at least three times a week - Customer Relations, Sales Associates are usually stuck taking care of jobs that management should be doing as they are too busy chatting with each other in the "locked room", playing on the computers, or smoking outside. - They hire anyone, expect to work with some people that just don't work. - Extremely poor pay, with no benefits - Talking about the company too fellow employees is frowned upon, you are not too discuss any wages, benefits, etc. - Store is "secretly" spruced up when district management comes to check-in on things, quietest employees are also schedule for the days they visit.
