Amazing benefits. PPO/dental/vision PROFIT SHARING! Anyone can and should retire a millionaire. 401k + match Good pay (better be for the amount of work and time). They actually know your name. Good hiring practices.
Cons
Buzz words of the week/month just drive me crazy! "Let's FOCUS on this for the month...ugh" 24-7 work load, once again based on flavor of the month. Topstock, sales...what now? 10 hour work days, 50 hours (70) required. More is fine, anything less = phone call. It takes a act of GOD to fire someone. A real growing business with growing pains. 50 emails a day with new directions/changes. Can't you get it right the first time? Store x is doing such a great job, district x is doing that.....I really don't care.
