Pros

Fair salary (unless you look at how many hours you work for it). Nice people to work with Nice recruiters 10% discount on groceries

Cons

Told to do online training at home so you can do basic stock work when at the store (as a training Asst manager on training hours) Poor attention to building sales, the job is about physical labor not increasing sales. GM allowed to take smoke breaks off and on all day long including out s/r dock doors , hard to find at times They prefer to leave outdated items on shelf than take hit on marking out. No real documentation difference "on in store special orders" and non store "sales rep special orders" shipped to store but your reviewed on both but only have real control over one. Some stores open 7AM spreading payroll thin at more productive times of day for good customer service Required counts at open and close to keep inventory. Gm skips open counts many times while others get extra counts at night. Inconsistent quantity of night counts from store to store at close, counts used as a punishment? example hand counting 3000 pie tins at close.
