Pros
GFS was built on "cornerstone values" which are lived out by every employee. Each employee is challenged to meet new goals every year, which means constant progress and improvement for the individual and for the company.
Cons
As with any big company, sometimes things can feel disjoint, and many of my coworkers seem to only know about their job or department without having an understanding of how the company works as a whole.
