      Profit sharing and benefit plan was a real plus.

      Cons

      The corporate folks at the home office in Grand Rapids have no idea of what is really going on in their company. This company is very much an "old boys" network. The company would rather add corporate positions and scrutinize what the workers are doing. This company is not family friendly and it is very "top heavy"1
