Pros
The co-workers and environment was pleasant. Usually dealt with happy customers as well. Built great relationships with co-workers. If time off was needed management was pretty good about wokring around your schedule. Also, employees were able to work seasonally.
Cons
Managers did have favorites, and were obvious about it. Not being a favorite meant less pay and every weekend shift. Sometimes the job got boring, but I guess being a cashier is usually boring. Not much room to grow.
