Cons
very demanding job for the pay you basically get paid for what you do. example you pick 20,000 cases for the week that's an extra $200.00 on your monthly bonus but you half to work for it, reason for this in cons because if you throw 5 errors you get $0 they take the bonus for that week from you. if you don't pick 100% you get $0. basically i think you should get the money you worked for. so lets say you picked 5,000 cases a day. ended the week with 25,000 cases at 140% for $270 but you sent 5 cases out of 25,000 that was incorrect item ordered then $270 = no bonus for you, the company keeps that money very hard to get vacation if your below 4-5 years work holidays need a 2nd bank account for doctor visits no room for advancement in till you hit 10+ years---plan on being at your entry level position for awhile half to make the company your 1st priority and family second not your 9-5 job you could work 12 hours a day. you never know when your gonna get off work so don't make plans in till your off non stop demanding work all day long
