GFS was a small company that is now a very big company ( still privately held ). They do try to maintain the small company feel. The company does offer some very good benefits. Gordon Food Service is a non union company. I do feel everyone from the guy ( or gal ) pushing the broom to the head of the company has a very vested interest in the philosopy that the customer is king.
