Pros
Weekly pay. Empty store. No customers really. Can meet plenty of business owners who get in and get out.
Cons
No profit share after 90 days. They don’t want you to have lunch. They hire anybody off the street as the employees. The district managers don’t know anything about retail, they just have you move the same products to another part of the store for nothing. No sales growth plans, the store Managers throw Team Leads under the bus. Nobody at the top of the store has a backbone. They promote those they can make into fall guys. Store leaders aren’t trained to count money….just RUN. This place has no plan for profit. Especially when they can’t even put a billboard up to let people know they’re open. Always built in the hood and wonder why trash walks in. No security in the store. They make Walmart seem like Wholefoods, that should tell you plenty. They also block promotions if you’re not from up North.
