Pros

Working from home is a nice

Cons

Executive level very out of touch with the business. Lacking respect for female employees at all levels- bro culture. Promises transparency but many falsehoods are presented as truth. No proper intro to how the company functions or who is responsible for what... not sure anyone knows exactly who does what.

Pros

No pros as of 2025.

Cons

HR is essentially a tool of management. They rarely defend employees and tend to cover up issues like retaliation or discrimination to protect the company’s reputation. Problems are often “resolved” through negotiated payouts to avoid escalation or public complaints. Their focus is on shielding leadership, not supporting employees. There is no work-life balance. You’re expected to be available at all times, and pushing back can put you at risk. Leadership is completely broken. The new CEO replaced most of the Executive Team with his friends and has fully overhauled the Sales Team as well. But turnover is constant — new hires leave quickly because of the chaos and lack of direction. The CEO’s decisions are driving the company toward bankruptcy. The company avoids large layoffs to protect its image but carries out small rounds every quarter, keeping employees in a constant state of uncertainty and fear. At the same time, the company counts cents and cuts corners while pretending everything is fine. Employees see the financial strain and the lack of strategy. Quarterly All Hands meetings are full of spin. Leadership announces “new clients” even before contracts are signed — it’s all about appearances, not reality. If you lose your client and are moved to Labs, your future is bleak. Either you’ll be fired within a couple of months or pressured to resign.
