      Pros

      The staff truly care about the patients/clients and really do want to help. They are hardworking, kind and dedicated people and coworkers.

      Cons

      The leadership is very insular. They are more concerned with blind loyalty than performance and decisions are not made based on merit.

      We are saving lives every day! Great team Great benefits Job security Upward mobility

      Cons

      The only downside has nothing to do with the company but more to do with the nature of the disease of addiction. If you are working in direct care, it can be challenging to watch people that continue to struggle so self-care is extremely important. There are many miracles every day but the ones who struggle can pull out your heart.
