Coworkers get along and collaborate with one another. Everyone works towards common goals. It is a genuinely great place to work.

The speed at which decisions are made good be a bit faster...but it's not awful.

- Inability to listen to feedback of employees; employee morale declined over the years because of top-heavy hiring, lack of transparency, outright disregard for employee concerns, inability to retain talented staff, etc. etc. etc. - Unwillingness to adapt to changing culture/times
