Pros
Nice colleagues to work with that are very supportive.
Cons
Management only cares about their KPI and cut costs for new / existing employees (usually hire contract positions using external HR agencies so they can cut you off and low ball you when they don't need you or transfer your current contract to a lower benefit HR agency when they renew you). The benefits for contract employees are bad, from base pay to bad medical and bonus and no other benefits is provided. (gathered insights from several different HR agencies employees) Suggest new contract employees to not treat this as a place to stay long but rather a jumping board (1 - 1.5y max.)
