Pros

There are some great members of staff on the team.

Cons

My employment was terminated 1 day after I made a formal complaint regarding the owner and CEO of the company who had been bullying and isolating me for the last 6 months. When I asked if I had been made redundant or fired, they said "Call it whatever you want, it doesn't make a difference" I found the work environment to be extremely toxic, where the Owner treats it like an old boys' club, hiring and listening only to their friends. There are no HR systems in place, a third-party HR is brought in if you are being terminated however, this third party is arguably even more toxic than the company itself. The longest-serving member of staff has been there just over a year... there is a huge staff turnover.

Pros

The Boss James is a Mentor, Not Just a Manager The culture starts at the top, and James, our Content Director, is the heartbeat of that environment. In a job market that feels increasingly unstable and transactional, James treats us like long-term investments rather than just roles to be filled. He is incredibly supportive, always taking the time to share his deep industry knowledge, which gives me the intellectual ammunition I need to speak to high-level clients with genuine authority. Most importantly, he goes out of his way to provide real opportunities for young people to lead, ensuring we aren't just "junior staff" but recognized contributors with a seat at the table. At a time when many companies are scaling back, his commitment to our growth makes this a truly unique place to build a career. He has supported my personal growth as a BDM and I am ever thankful for the opportunity to work here.

Cons

To be successful here, you really have to embrace the challenge of becoming a subject matter expert almost overnight. It isn't just about "doing the job"; it’s about having a genuine hunger to become a well-rounded authority on the public sector.

Pros

- Friendly Team - Everyone pulls their weight - Genuinely interesting events & clients - Fast paced decision making

Cons

- Smaller team, so if you are an employee who is used to “blending in” it’s not for you.
