Pros

There are some great members of staff on the team.

Cons

My employment was terminated 1 day after I made a formal complaint regarding the owner and CEO of the company who had been bullying and isolating me for the last 6 months. When I asked if I had been made redundant or fired, they said "Call it whatever you want, it doesn't make a difference" I found the work environment to be extremely toxic, where the Owner treats it like an old boys' club, hiring and listening only to their friends. There are no HR systems in place, a third-party HR is brought in if you are being terminated however, this third party is arguably even more toxic than the company itself. The longest-serving member of staff has been there just over a year... there is a huge staff turnover.

Pros

Very little. However if you are in the clique then you are all good!

Cons

Owner runs this company like and old boys club. He is a bully, a narcissist and a highly unpleasant person in general. Senior management are all snakes. lovely and pleasant to your face but the amount of meetings I have been present in when they run colleagues into the ground is very high. They lie and deceive their customers and also to the government/civil service stakeholders. The company is a horrible, horrible place to work. The longest serving member of staff is 1 year… that says it all. There are a number of cases being brought against the company for the way it treats employees and the bullying within the workplace - that’s mainly down to James. Overall this was the worst place I ever had the misfortune to work at and I would be very surprised if they are still in operation by the end of this year! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Oh and the review at the top of the page that says cracking little company going places, is actually the owner pretending to be a former employee.

Pros

Working remote is a positive

Cons

I would strongly recommend not working for this company. I am aware there are pending employment court cases taking place against them. In my time I witnessed a micro managing culture that was really unprofessional. The company always felt like it may go bust which was stressful as an employee. Prepare to have your every email or contact you send out on the CRM reviewed and discussed in meetings. On the daily team meetings I witnessed my colleagues being shouted down about what their actions should be for the day.
