Pros
Competitive salary, very nice workplace overall and both colleagues and superiors are very nice and supportive. And the job itself is super interesting and complex - communicating and cooperating with basically the whole world and taking in account their own holidays and custom rules, etc. Also clients themselves are often SO interesting people. This combined with all the calculations and other admin agenda done on daily basis means it is really engaging.
Cons
The workload it huge and that combined with the fact the job itself is quite demanding means not everything can be done 100% procent (but still needs to be done VERY well though). In order not to be overwhelmed the requirements are a complex multitasking, knowledge what to let go and when and what corners can be cut. I guess it might be more me than the job, but I found it very hard to keep a work/life balance. A lot of reports are being received, there is so many KPIs being checked and a milion things to keep your eye on. Often I though about the phrase, that there is diffence between a dynamic workplace and a turbulent one.
