The atmosphere is genuinely warm and positive. People are friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. There’s strong cross-team collaboration and working across disciplines feels smooth and well-supported. Everyone’s willing to help, share knowledge, and answer questions — no matter your role or level of experience. Because of this, I felt like a real part of the team, included in discussions and trusted to share my voice.
My manager was a big advocate for my growth, constantly offering challenges and support to help me improve.

Unclear Growth Path
It was often hard to get a clear picture of what long-term growth or next steps might look like, which made planning for the future feel a bit uncertain. Projects sometimes felt like they were in constant motion, which made it tough to know where things were headed or how to contribute most effectively.
There's a noticeable shift as the company grows - more structure and process, which isn't necessarily bad, but it's changing the overall vibe.
