Dear former employee - Thank you for your feedback on working at Gram. We’re very sorry to hear that you came away from Gram Games with a negative impression. As a company, we pride ourselves on having a flat structure, and maintaining an open, international culture and environment in both of our studios. This means that decisions and plans, for the most part, come from the ground up - from our teams. And it means that we’re lucky enough to have people from all over the world in our offices. However, as a company we know there are always ways to improve, to grow, and to iterate on what we do, and how we do it. We view culture as our most important product, and are therefore constantly working to iterate, improve, and develope it - just like we do with our games. As a result, we have very sepcific standards for those we keep within our company to ensure our positive and collaborative culture is perserved.
