      Pros

      Good for New comers or freshers only. Good work environment and talented people.

      Cons

      Not suitable for experienced professionals. No appreciation for breakthrough Dev or innovation. HR runs away every month, no policy towards employees. Practices like stopping salary without notice, not following industry procedures for job termination, after you leave you will never receive your pending salary, any number of emails will not be answered. No equal growth opportunity, favoritism, politics, CHAMCHAGIRI and extremely confused goals. It has something to do with California, Smart Meters or Almonds, i am not sure.

      Pros

      Good team, fun to work with. Some of the employees are really talented and have great camaraderie

      Cons

      1. Management should learn to part with employees, not all will retire from this place. 2. It's just a CEO run place with no authority to anyone else, however senior that person may be. There is no rule, the CEO's word is the law. Looks like a 16th century place run by an authoritarian with no place for empathy. 3. There is no system in place. Owner runs the place as per his wish, which changes 5 times a day based on fires that keep emerging because nothing is allowed to finish. 4. Once a person decides to leave, all hell breaks loose. He is thrown into a trap of legal threats. They deduct a lot of money for no reason - nobody is given a fair share of his dues ever. No wonder, if anyone leaves, he swears never to look back at this place. 5. It's a minefield. Don't join here. Stay at home peacefully if you don't have work.
