      Pros

      initial learning is good because engineering team is intelligent

      Cons

      - very rude attitude - little money and late payments - confused and unorganized goals - fictitious product lines - over worked -zero work life balance - you will get a bucket of lies

      Lot of potential, but poor management

      Pros

      Easy to get in. Good for starting career, and learning basics.

      Cons

      Low salary. Bonuses not given. Picks up employees from low-end colleges, leading to not a lot of learning from colleagues. CEO is extremely miserly with regards to appraisals, giving out bonuses, or general day-to-day office working.

      Good for New comers or freshers only. Good work environment and talented people.

      Cons

      Not suitable for experienced professionals. No appreciation for breakthrough Dev or innovation. HR runs away every month, no policy towards employees. Practices like stopping salary without notice, not following industry procedures for job termination, after you leave you will never receive your pending salary, any number of emails will not be answered. No equal growth opportunity, favoritism, politics, CHAMCHAGIRI and extremely confused goals. It has something to do with California, Smart Meters or Almonds, i am not sure.
