A manager that works with you, gives constructive criticism - and tells you what you are doing right in your reviews! Fellow employees that are willing to help, switch/trade. Other reviews so do not do it? I love my job and those I work with. This Job was a BIG pay increase from my retail job, and it came at the perfect time 2 years ago! They try to make everyone feel like a group, announcing life events, quick removal of any drama. You can personalize your work space. Your work space is YOURS unless a part timer is working who floats. (I like not sharing a work space a lot I know what my notes and hints mean.)

as with all pharmacy jobs - always that one phone call that is irritating, people do not understand how insurance claims work and that I cannot always make insurance companies change their mind - but there are full fb communities on that one. Its a little cold in all pharmacies.
