Pros
benefits were ok, my coworkers were the best people to work with, promotion is common when you're a tech, yearly employee appreciation day celebration and weekly birthday celebrations.
Cons
Management as a whole. They don't like to listen, never give raises (and if they do, it's $.20), day to day is utter chaos, an absurd amount of OT is very common, no praise whatsoever, no morals or rules as long as you're "buddy buddy" with someone up top, everything is a secret, mental breakdowns daily.
