Bullying is the name of the game and if you want to feel lower than low each day you go to work then this is the place for you. Management will belittle you and give no guiding support. Hostile work environment doesn’t even begin to explain the culture they are creating in this location. There is no support for the hard workers that are getting everything out the door on a daily basis but loads of support for those who sit in their office and watch everything crumble expecting a different outcome with no assistance. People will turn on you in a second if there is a chance for a promotion. It’s a dog eat dog life you live working here.

Management as a whole. They don't like to listen, never give raises (and if they do, it's $.20), day to day is utter chaos, an absurd amount of OT is very common, no praise whatsoever, no morals or rules as long as you're "buddy buddy" with someone up top, everything is a secret, mental breakdowns daily.
