I do not recognise the company described above. We are anything but a typical recruitment business. We are purpose led and everyone in the business, including our CEO Richard is held to account against these. We run an employee NPS every 6 months and this currently sits at +35, a high score in any industry. The feedback from these surveys is shared and actioned by the business after every engagement.
We pride ourselves on building a business that challenges everything and continually learns from its mistakes. Our support for our colleagues wellbeing, I believe is second to none, hence why this review stands out so much from all the others.
Platforms like Glassdoor are important to offer insight into an organisation, but when a review is left that is so grossly inaccurate it’s important that we respond on behalf of our whole team.
