Chill company, can get away with not doing anything if that's what you are looking for.

Senior directors are incompetent and do not know how to perform their tasks but still get promoted based on how well they talk.

Many longstanding employees who collaborate very well together. A lean team allows staff to get exposure to a diverse set of experiences. Work is very interesting and rewarding. Culture is solid with a family feel amongst teammates. Work/life balance is attainable.

I have worked at Granite for 12 years and have nothing bad to say about the company.
