Not encountered any cons yet. I am happy with management and the direction provided by the company regarding future plans.
The pros are that the people you work with on a day-to-day basis are incredible, caring, positive, and will do their best to motivate you in any way.
Cons
The cons were that leadership was difficult to pin down, change management with M&A made things impossible to predict, and expectations were not clearly stated.
