Faltering culture, uncertain future - Software Engineer Granular Employee Review

Really appreciate you providing feedback to us. We pride ourselves on the work/life balance we provide, go out of our way to reinforce this and roll out programs like Recharge Wednesday (½ day) to continue to reinforce. We know it’s been a really tough year for people so disappointing to hear that this was not your experience. We hear you about diversity and inclusion and it’s a big priority for us. We have programs in place to address and can now share more data so people are clear on how diverse we are or are not, what our talent pipelines look like when it comes to diversity as well as our diversity attrition numbers which are the same as our overall attrition numbers and match and overall standard tech company attrition rate of 20%. We try to provide lots of opportunities to be heard and for people to provide feedback; people can/should go to their department head when they have feedback or concerns.
