Pros
Granular has done an excellent job navigating work-from-home and are providing options being investigated by a committee of employees from all different backgrounds as offices open back up. Excellent benefits, management seems to really care about work/life balance.
Cons
Lots of integrating of legacy systems leads to having to re-learn things quite a bit. However, the current trajectory seems to be to fix this issue in favor of long-term sustainability.
