-Really bad hours, with expectations to show up early and stay late pretty much all the time. 10-12 hour days are completely normalized -Toxic culture - completely agree with reviewer who mentioned that you look like a "bad employee" if you don't want to work 10+ hours a day -Sometimes communication felt abusive / bullying - lots of passive aggression -Unnecessarily intense all the time -Admin that isn't honest or transparent with creative staff regularly -"Family" environment, take that for what you will -A lot of egos, not a lot of true leadership -Sexism/misogyny -Very high turnover Plus everything that every other reviewer has said about this agency. Nothing has changed. Please take all of these reviews seriously.
