Thank you for your feedback, I would like to welcome you have a conversation with Human Resources to discuss your comments and suggestions further. We have just concluded (June 22) our month long worker engagement survey, which afforded all workers with the opportunity to shape the future of the company. I do question how a company which has pop surveys, shift reviews, appraisals and engagement surveys could be considered not to have a business outlook. It is a shame that you have worked for Gravity for over 2 years yet you would not recommend working for gravity. In terms of benefits we pay above national minimum wage for all roles and increase the rate of pay after 6 months for core roles. We include the offers of all staff to have free or discounted activities, drinks and food, we hold monthly worker recognition awards, Employee Assistance through health assured, and company events. With regards to systems we are implementing the role out a leading edge new point of sales system following further engagement through feedback at the last company conference at the end of February 22, we are also implementing a new HRIS, ATS, and work force management system which will significantly improve the ease of access for all users. Following our engagement survey we are currently looking to learn from your collective feedback to ensure that we do better as that is what we are focused on doing improving the work and conditions for all workers as you are all valued and greatly appreciated. The in house training team has recently recruited additional L&D officers to support the continued learning and development, which includes level 3 first aid, mental health at work, and all aspects of in work vocational training for all job roles throughout the business which can be delivered via e-learning or face to face. We are most open to listening to your further suggestions on how you would like to improve working at Gravity, please contact Human Resources to discuss this further if you would be open to further dialogue.

Pros

Good hours for retail, working to their wage ratio is a constant battle. Staff are nice.

Cons

Scrapped bonuses with no indication when they will come back. Head office is getting smaller with no real support strategy in place.
