Terrible - Employee Gray Solutions Employee Review

I'll scratch your back, you scratch mine culture. Merit was not based on skill. It was based on who you knew and what circle you were in. I saw people lose their jobs because they were "in the way" of someone's "ascension" and intimidated by their skill level. The most diabolical group I've ever came in contact with in a corporate setting. Not surprised they are no longer an entity.
