I'll scratch your back, you scratch mine culture. Merit was not based on skill. It was based on who you knew and what circle you were in. I saw people lose their jobs because they were "in the way" of someone's "ascension" and intimidated by their skill level. The most diabolical group I've ever came in contact with in a corporate setting. Not surprised they are no longer an entity.

Leadership is poor. No details why company has issues. High Travel for some projects that was not reviewed until on project. No resources for projects
