Pros

basic sales training and experience, high energy group of people, vibe is great if you are trying to pro-long your young-adult life and hangout with a bunch of kids

Cons

Door to door sales, very repetitive daily routines, zero benefits, and you pay for gas and transportation while conducting sales for the job. It is only commission based meaning you are not compensated for training, helping train, meetings, ect. Overall the time you will put into this company (which will be your whole life) is not worth the return.

Pros

- Everyone is really positive and motivated -- unlike most workplaces. - One-on-one mentoring. - Opportunities to network with other "top leaders" (aka highly skilled sales reps) and successful managers at events/conferences. - Constant development of productive habits in business, self-mastering, sales, communication, and marketing. - Job experience is easily transferrable. - Days are spent OUT in the real world, not in a cubicle. - Weekly paychecks.

Cons

- It might look easy, but it's actually really hard and requires investing a lot of time and energy in order to do well...also, it's pretty important to have a car (get ready for car payments!). - Parking is hard to find in the morning -- thanks to all the construction going on nearby. - No solid benefits until you get into upper management.
