Pros

Hands on training and mentoring not only by the top account managers but the owner of the business themselves! Great company culture, they all walk, talk and act like winners. The marketing positions they offer really do condition you to learn how to effectively operate a business. I love how they are always promoting a positive mentality and attitude... It really builds your confidence and work ethic!!

Cons

They're in downtown SF so parking is not ideal but I definitely recommend having a car

Pros

This place has the best environment and people. The business is extremely fast pace and will challenge you beyond your believe. All supplies are provided, and networking with people is extremely crucial to getting ahead.

Cons

The hours are extremely long and you will have to work 100 times harder compare to a regular job 9-5 job. You must make this your lifestyle in order to survive and succeed. Showing up does not cut it.

Pros

- Everyone is really positive and motivated -- unlike most workplaces. - One-on-one mentoring. - Opportunities to network with other "top leaders" (aka highly skilled sales reps) and successful managers at events/conferences. - Constant development of productive habits in business, self-mastering, sales, communication, and marketing. - Job experience is easily transferrable. - Days are spent OUT in the real world, not in a cubicle. - Weekly paychecks.

Cons

- It might look easy, but it's actually really hard and requires investing a lot of time and energy in order to do well...also, it's pretty important to have a car (get ready for car payments!). - Parking is hard to find in the morning -- thanks to all the construction going on nearby. - No solid benefits until you get into upper management.
