Pros

Incredible bond between staff, really fun and dynamic work environments, really generous PTO

Cons

Every single problem is perpetuated at the top. The CEO is short sighted, money hungry, and will only support the higher level staff. Everyone else is treated like dirt only worth acknowledging when someone is around to see her “engaging” with the staff. She supports legitimately abusive upper management. I had to watch several LONG time employees make the decision to leave their careers because the VP of Education was on drugs and abusing his staff only to see another VP of education replace him and become physically violent in the workplace. I watched those employees and many more visit HR to try and do something and they were dismissed time and time again. The love I have in my heart for such a great organization is tarnished by such a terrible leader. It would be an incredible organization under different leadership- someone who actually listens to her staff and doesn’t just support her abusive friends and hire them as VP’s. It’s so incredibly disappointing to see a woman CEO act so horrendously while nothing is allowed to be communicated to the board of directors.
