      Lots of work if you know what you're doing and vigilant.

      Cons

      Accepting shifts in time is like the hunger games they disappear as soon as they go out. Extremely disappointing approach to booking and it's costing them talent.

      -Decent amount of work opportunities -Good cancellation policy

      Cons

      -Double standards with leadership and staff -Mistreatment of staff from event captains -Certain event captains able to get away with misbehavior and policy breaking due to favoritism -HR/other reports not taken seriously in regards to racism, misogyny, sexual harassment, policy breaking etc. depending on who they're about -Staff concerns often ignored
